I have a vanilla load order for testing.  Right from the start of a new game I don't get any voice.  They pause for the dialog, but just look at me without their lips moving.  Any idea what the problem is?

So I removed the mod and ran

So I removed the mod and ran the installer twice, with the same effect (the very definition of insanity).


No big deal.  The I though about the fact that I renamed the BSAopt x32.exe to BSAopt x64.exe.  I did this because the x64 version does not seem to run when you have a newer copy of MS Visual C+ Redistributable (mine was 2013, and the installer wants 2012).  MS won't let you install both.  So I REMOVED the 2013 version, installed the 2012 64 bit version and popped back in the true BASopt x64.exe file and ran the install.  Bingo... worked like a charm.  All voices and lip synchs are back.
