Stuck On Patching Anchorage.esm

Installer stuck on Patching Anchorage.esm... I was able to successfully install TTW using the previous installer, but no luck with the new one. Tried twice from two different locations with the same problem both times.

My computer is on Windows 8, with 2x Intel Xenon processors (Mac Pro booted into windows with bootcamp, never had any issues before so dont say its Mac related!) and 18GB of RAM

I am using the latest version of NMM yet i have not got to that step yet.

Here's a segment of my install log:

Patching Anchorage.esm...

Anchorage.esm not found in D:\OUTP\Main Files\

Checking D:\Fallout 3\

Anchorage.esm IS in D:\Fallout 3\ but the installer stops here.

Be prepared for NMM to not work.

Ah i guess i did fail to mention im using Windows 8 x64 but I was able to fix this by reinstalling F3 and FNV.

it's most likely the fact that you have cleansed the vanilla masters. Validate your games with steam and try again.

Cleaning them will break TTW, every time. What works for Skyrim doesn't work for F3/FNV.
