Installing Problem

Hi I'm having an issue installing Tale of Two Wastelands the installer have gotten to

[17/01/2014 03:41:19] Checking for required files...

[17/01/2014 03:41:19] All files found. Proceeding with installation.

[17/01/2014 03:41:20] Building Fallout3 - Misc.bsa...

[17/01/2014 03:41:20] Extracting Fallout - Misc.bsa...

[17/01/2014 03:41:20] Done

[17/01/2014 03:41:20] Deleting unnecessary files...

[17/01/2014 03:41:20] Done

[17/01/2014 03:41:20] Compressing Fallout3 - Misc.bsa...

and has been there for a wile now and no pop up windows are opening is there any help you can give me I have made sure that I'm not installing it in FNV file

I have steam game of the year download for fallout 3 and the normal version for new Vegas but i have downloaded all the dlc for it

My system specs are

Operating System - Windows 7 professional

Processor - intel(r) core(TM i3-2310m cpu @ 2.10ghz 2.10

Memory - 6.00gb

I also have fallout mod mannager 0.13.21 installed to my computer
