Can't unzip installer

When I try to unzip the most recent installer (ttwinstaller2_6_3), I get an error.



I am trying to unzip it into C:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\TTW 2.63 Installer, but then this error pops up: http://i.imgur.com/8vDPyEw.png

 

"The file name(s) would be too long for the distination folder. You can shorten the file name and try again, or try a location that has a shorter path."

 

Then I am told to either skip or cancel. Any help?

Put the zip in c:\TTW and extract"
