The door is there, it's just right behind the wall he's looking at. Unless I'm wrong.

I have moved the rubble below
I have moved the rubble below ground for the transit update. Doing that is the best way when disabling vanilla assets because they are still there and this avoids conflicts with other mods.

Ah the fun times of persistent references being embedded in savegames.
Apologies veritas, thanks for putting up with us. We get this question a lot (mostly in the chatroom), and it's usually the map.

It's not a problem that we can address any more than we already have. At least not on our end.
Some mods you are using may have dirty edits to the cell which end up re-enabling all references.
So what's your load order?

Did you start a new game
Did you start a new game after installing TTW 2.4a or did you used an existing save?

Thanks for posting your load orer. Nevada Skies shouldn't* affect anything - I'll get back to you on that.
So everything else works the way it ought? You started in vault 101 and made your way to the Mall, etc.?
*Looks clean enough to me. At least, it's not affecting the mall metro cell.

I actually had this issue, Jax you might be remembering when I talked about this in the chat. I'm surprised this is happening with folk other than I. The Door is kinda beyond there, but is set up so that it is embedded in a small hallway that is made with a different model than the one the train tunnel would have had, if you see a little weird flickering, or it just doesnt look right when you TCL through, then you'll know it there, but if he doesn't have the door to Columbus circle at all, well shoot I never had that.

If the door isn't there then
If the door isn't there then he isn't running 2.4a. Or it isn't installed correctly. Apparently that's a thing when you use NMM.

If you look at your local map
If you look at your local map in your pipboy you'll be able to see which side of the tunnel (and for that matter, inside of which tunnel) the door is located.
If the door isn't there at all, then you're not running 2.4.
