I'm having an error when I try running the installation program where it discoverers an error and will continue to try to load the fallout 3 meshes to no avail. I took a screen to show what my problem is.

Have you tried running the installer as administrator?
What ugsquish said. Also, it sounds like you might be missing a necessary DLL file. Please post a screenshot of whatever directory you put the installer in.
the installer itself is on my desktop. Beyond that I'm not sure what you mean. Everything else that i've done is in my screenshot.
Basically I need to know if the file it is looking for is where it expects to find it. Is there a file, in the same folder as the installer, named Logos.Utility.dll or similar?
The problem has been fixed, it took a while but long story short I accidently deleted the logos utility.
