So I came to Rivet City only to find the marketplace highlighted in red, at 1pm in the day. I found this strange so I waited a few days so it would reset, but it was still in the red. I went to the other door near the hotel, it was still in the red. I went in thinking it was just a silly issue, and everyone attacks me (Should have seen that one coming I know.) Turned off all other mods(besides the needed ones) and that didnt work. Whats going on here? Please help. A lot of my stuff is in there.
