Low Render Distance for landscape

Hello, I just started on Point lookout and the first thing I notice is the floating house. I have never had this in the CW. I have checked the LOD settings and everything is there. ini files have been deleted and regenerated and steam cache has been validated.


I have searched across the web and done all I could to fix this issue.


Here is what I got under the hood along with some pics of the glitch.

As loathe as I am to say this, it is a bad install. Run the TTW installer again.
