Help its not working

Post by samclaug » Wed Jan 01, 2014 5:14 am

Operating System:  64 bit, Processor:  AMD Athlon (tm) II X2 220 Processor 2.80 GHz, Installed Memory:  4.00 GB (3.75 GB usable), Mod Manager and Version:  Nexus mod manager 0.46.0, Fallout 3:  Steam download game of the year, Symptoms:  Having difficulty in the installation, I see the blank command prompt window, but nothing is happening.  I have deleted and reinstalled Fallout 3/NV as well as installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 x64/86, C++ 2008, 2010, 2012 x64/86 and Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5

I've been waiting for about an hour with no change.  Help please.

The installer takes hours on

The installer takes hours on most machines. It is almost certainly working correctly and you just need to wait longer. The blank command box is normal.

If you think nothing is impossible... try slamming a revolving door. Yeah.

Okay now when I tried

Post by samclaug » Sat Jan 04, 2014 4:19 am

Okay now when I tried installed I'm getting this message.

Application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy.  To grant this application the required permission, contact your system administrator, or use the Microsoft .NET Framework Configuration tool.

How do I use the Microsoft .NET Framework Configuration tool to do this?  (As you can see from my first statement I have installed Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5).

Opps, sorry forgot to run as administrator.  Nevermind.
