Stuck on Vigor Tester

I am currently stuck at the vigor tester.  Instead of skipping it like I was expecting to happen, it loaded the tester to adjust SPECIAL.  I've tried disabling mods, but no change.

use edit, figure out what else is modifying vcg01.  reload a save before you use the train.


perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.

Thanks, found the bad mod. one that i made for myself lol. don't know how it got that script in it though, should've only been the one custom script...
