There is a bizarre bug at the end of this DLC which makes it impossible to complete and go back to the Wasteland. Sometimes, General Jingwei will just stand there doing nothing while the soldiers fight in the background. When he does speak to you, and fight you, it works alright. However, after the fight, the American General (can't remember his exact name, sorry), will walk up to you, and say "The simulation has concluded soldier,". After that, he just runs away, and you can't speak to him again. Nothing happens after that. He just stands in a corner, and the game does not teleport you back to the wasteland. This makes the entire Operation Anchorage DLC impossible to complete.
