I installed Tale of Two Wastelands and was reading about it and realized that you are supposed to start in DC, but when I did a new game it started me in the Mojave. I have no idea what I did wrong, could somebody please help me?.

sometimes the .ini changes
sometimes the .ini changes don't take or get overwritten read the FAQ and you see the changes that need to be made to the fallout .ini's

Before I got your response, and thank you by the way it was very quick, i uninstalled the mod. I was going to reinstall it to see if my problem would be fixed now whenever it finishes installing it says "object /3dd47532_76c2_4bf8_9932_5d0d595e4758/ekw60fsi0lppzd2pdtgcgovw_3.rem has been disconnected or does not exist at the server. The mod was not installed" what happened?
