NMM activation wont work

ok i added the fomods to the nmm new vegas mods folder and then i close it then open nmm and i open the mods tab double click the mod and this happens http://gyazo.com/40ec96b6c1197b0d3747ead4602d0ba0

well thanks for the help and im not big on thread searching all that but now i get a ctd and i have no mods this is my load order (which i changed to what the download page said) http://gyazo.com/cef8e30ed45be49b59ee8a54ec73a600


edit: shit i disabled all the fallout 3 stuff and tale of two wastelands and it still ctds
