I've just installed the new version of TTW in a clean FONV and started a new game. Everything was ok as always, but after following the main quest I've started to run to some problems. I was in the metro, ready to get out to Chevy Chase when I had the first CTD. I couldn't get out the metro, there was another exit near(I don't remember where it lead) and also gave me CTD, so I tried the way from where I came(Farragut station I think it's called) and no problem.
I tried using the command to give me all the map markers to try if I could get to GNR plaza without having to do the metro part again and again, when fast traveling, CTD. It seems like the places that causes me CTD are the ones inside D.C. area. Also later I found that I can't enter the Megaton armory, but the rest of the houses of Megaton gave me no issues.
As I just started a new game I don't have any installed mods besides the essential ones:

I'm sure this is the right load order.
I don't know how to solve this, I also tried to install TTW again, also loading an older save with the same conclusion. I have both goty versions of Fallout from Steam, and I've played with TTW since a long time without problems.
My windows is 8.1 64 bits, 6gb ram, i7 920.
