TTW and new vegas uncut

The story:

I have a freshly installed FO3 and FNV with TTW, with lots of mods of coz, all works fine (as a side note, it seems the whole game got more stable after TTW....)

Recently, I installed that 8 NV uncut, and the game starts with FNV opening, then FO3 opening, and you woke upat Dr Mitchell's house........ I unclicked all those new mods but still have the problemm.

Then, I use thermador's "start in DC or NV" mod http://taleoftwowastelands.com/content/start-nv-or-dc , if I choose start in DC, problem solved!!

The problem is "fixed", but but still, just wonder what has gone wrong........

NV uncut has one mod which changes the intro sequence of New Vegas to a bit longer version. This mod is not compatible with TTW because it overwrites the changes that are made so you can start at Vault 101. That was the problem I assume.

I just made the changes to the ini after I installed the new vegas uncut mod that changes the intro, works just fine for me

I did not use NV Uncut and I still started in Goodsprings until I added in thermador's start menu.

Some people have this problem without NV:Uncut, myself included. Use the searchbar to look up "Starting In New Vegas" or something and you'll find several threads of people having the same problem and people figuring out how to fix it.

I see! That's very likely what's happened: I may used an old ini file when I edit the fallout.ini for more memory
