I just installed TTW and am noticing that lot of NPCs other than important ones like dad, Moira etc have no voice or lip movement. The subtitles appear just fine when I talk to them, but they just stare at me - No sound/lip movement.

Does anybody else have the same problem? Several others had the same thing, but I found no definite solution on the web. Please help
