Did a clean install of fallot 3, NV, and NMM. Used TTW and had no errors while the game was being built. Regardless if I mods enabled I crash every 10 minutes and I cannot load metros. I am using 2.4. I did start to game with NMC's texture pack installed. I cant post load order but it is basically Fallout NV, NV dlcs,NV starter packs, F3, and F3 Dlcs with TTW the last plugin. No mods except NMCs textures
