"Your version of Tale of Two Wastelands.bsa cannot be patched. This is abnormal {RESOLVED}

Hello, after about 3 hours of installing the mod, all of the game and dlc's are working except the last message sats "your version of TaleOfTwoWastelands.bsa cannot be patched. This is abnormal." Does anyone have any idea or suggestion on how I could fix this?

Running as Admin worked for me too. Barring that, you may have ended up with a corrupt download, so try that again as another possible solution.
