So every time I try to install TTW my installer gets a message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) click OK to close the application." I have all the DLC, for both games and legal English copies of both games, can someone tell me what's wrong?

They are not the same installers so something that happened back in 2013 isn't likely to be the same issue.
