Unable to enter tranquility lane simulation

I have tried setstaging the quest but it doesn't work, as well as disabling everything that isn't vanilla TTW. I don't have a custom race, enb, or readius/2500. I know that there are some other threads out there that had something to do with trees but I just don't understand it. Some help would be appreciated.

Nevermind I found chuck's speedtree fix and it works. please disregard post

Will you please post your system specs? We are trying to figure out why certain people have this and others don't.
