I don't understand why the last installs ran fine without running as admin and using nexus but this one suddenly doesn't?   Will try Risewild's suggestion and see if it makes a difference, T-51b tried it and didn't work for him but every computer is different so its worth giving it a shot even if it didn't work for someone else.

I had an issue a year or so ago with a mod installer, it was either TTW or Requiem. It wouldn't completely install and the more times I tried the worse it got. In the end I had a directory I couldn't delete. Well the fight was on after that.

I think Windows or my anti-virus saw the exe hammering away at a directory and kept getting more and more paranoid. I should have taken notes but I'm pretty sure I ...

Made sure UAC was off,

Made sure directories were not 'read only'

Downloaded an 'unlocing' software to delete the bad directories,

Ran CCleaner,

Rebooted,

Disconnected internet,

Installed as admin.

Mmm have you tried to delete your .ini files so that FNV can create new ones (just don't forget to change the new .ini files with the changes TTW needs after that)? I am really running out of ideas here cheeky.
