Crash on start up

I installed TTW and another mod (http://www.taleoftwowastelands.com/content/wipz-ttw-20-nvec-complete-nvce-compatibility-patch) from these forums, and my game is crashing at startup. There's no error message, just "FONV has stopped responding". I do have the script extender as well. I've tried starting it through steam and also through the FOMM.

You have the NVEC compat patch without actually having NVEC itself. Untick the patch and you'll be fine.

Well I feel dumb. I got NVEC and never actually added it to NV. Thanks, doing that now.
