I am only using project Nevada and tried disabling but problem persisted. I was doing the last mission of fallout 3 but project liberty disappeared, i kept reloading the save but he would keep disappearing so i used tcl to get through the static fields. I finally got into the purifier but the quest won't update. I tried using resetquest setstage but the id 00014e91 doesn't work it says unknown quest param. now i can't reset the quest or finish it unable to complete the game. Any help is apprieated thanks.

Poor liberty. Yeah, this is a known issue. IIRC Rise didn't have this problem so it is probably mod related. You need to repeatedly use the placeatme console command. It's a pain, and might take upwards of dozen times, but eventually he makes it to the last gate and the quest updates.
Alternatively, you can use the setstage commands to move the quest forward. For info on the console, google is your friend.

I tried using the setstage but it says the quest param is wrong , will try the placeatme though
EDIT: Tried placeatme but it also says liberty primes ID is not found (0005FD26)

Use xx05FD26.Moveto player, not PlaceAtMe, otherwise you will be spawning a BUNCH of different Liberty Primes which may cause more problems than they solve.

the xx is the 01, 07, etc
the xx is the 01, 07, etc that represents the order plugins load in. The FO3 esm should either have 06 or 0A (i think). And do what Jax said, not what I said :D
