Fo3 end cinematic crash

hey guys having a lil trouble, my game keeps crashing right after the loading part of the end cinematic in fallout 3, not sure how to fix it and im having trouble locating any solutions on here, could someone help me out please :)

We will need more information such as OS, system specs and of course Load order.

If you have Fawkes as a companion try dismissing him.

But what Chuck said is right, we need more info.

Also, tried dismissing fawkes, it got past the loading icon but instead of crashing it froze on the black screen i could just make out in the top left corner the "your radiation level has decreased" words.
