I mostly get either an error regarding BSA files or this:

A previous user suffered from this particular error and it was suggested they re-download the installer and extract it properly, I have tried this a few times.
Alternatively I get the following error:
[collapsed title=Alternate Error] One or more of your Fallout 3 BSA files failed to extract properly. if this problem please report it.[/collapsed]
Which I have read in other threads is normalish, and some of the BSA files commonly won't extract properly for some users but the TTW installs fine anyhow.
EDIT
Attempted to verify games, and still no luck.
After attempting to install and skip the BSA files, the cmd prompt did appear, and the rest of the instilation process went well. The mod was successfully installed, but without the textures and objects (as would be expected, I imagine).
Attempting to delete and reinstall Fallout 3, New Vegas, and TTW installer to see if a cleaner start does not help.
What you see depends on where you stand.
