[Point Lookout] Haleys Hardwarestore minor bugs

Hi there,

I just traveled to Point Lookout and came accros 2 small bugs with Haley and his store:

According to the GECK, the charakter is missing the "Persisten Rerefence" flag - thats a problem that existed since PLs orignal release and was responsible for his slowly increasing repair skill back in the day.

Also, all of his stuff in his store seems to belong to Tulip.

 

Apart from these minor bugs, the mod works great so far, keep up the good work! :D
