I entered Megaton and every NPC had a red triangle with a ! in them. Any advice?

Megaton NPCs have Red triangles with "!" in them.

Load order, install log, game versions, and system/OS specs might be useful, as is clarification of whether you installed TTW over fresh installs of FO3 and NV, whether NPC's in the vault were also missing, whether there were any other missing meshes for anything at all, and any scrap/shred/tidbit of info that possibly come to mind.
But Google is better. Have you tried turning it off then on again yet?
