Hellfire Armor and Helmet

I was reading about the problem with the Hellfire Power Armor and on one of the pages someone said something about modifying the templates or something (I am not experienced with this stuff at all). I'm wondering how I can modify the templates so that I can get Hellfire armor more frequently (or something like that). Also if this isn't Technical Support than I'm sorry, I don't really know how to submit a bug or anything.

Bugs are for team members only. Hellfire armor is level based due to the DT system being much less forgiving than DR. As you progress to higher levels you will see more Hellfire armor. To disable this search through the leveled lists for enclave armor.

here's a quick patch that changes the Hellfire Troopers to always spawn with Hellfire armor. it also changes the Tier4 Enclave armor LL to start spawning Hellfire armor on regular troopers at level 20 instead of level 25.

open it up in FNVEdit and take a look at the records and their references. it will help you understand a little better how to make changes to templates
