TTW Causes Main Menu to Hang

So just upgrading my TTW from 2.4a to 2.6.3a today. The Installer completed, finished the installer, etc.

But trying to start up my game, it game crashes or hangs at the main menu with none of the options or words appearing. It is the TTW esm's since when I disable them the game works fine.

So I removed all the TTW files. Validated my game files (both FO3 and FNV) through steam and tried the Installer again and tried the launch the game again.

Load Order (I've removed all other mods)
