Leaving Anchorage

I've reached the point in Operation Anchorage where you kill General Jingwei, but once I kill him, either by the speech challenge or by shooting him, General Chase walks up to me, says "The simulation has concluded, soldier." Then starts to run all over the area, unable to be spoken to. I've tried reloading the saves and all different ways of doing this final part of the DLC, but the same thing happens every time. Any help would be appreciated.

Actually that search link still helps, you just need to read a couple of posts to find it out, try the third one called Anchorage Glitches .
