Operation Anchorage End quest

I just got to the end of Anchorage, and it tells me to 'Report to general chase for Debriefing"


i'm not able to talk to him when i try nothing happens, everyone in the area is frozen.


has anyone else had this problem, and how to fix it?


 


i tried it with all mods deactivated and still same problem. even waited a few hours.

first of all, please search before posting possible bugs.


this is a known issue and there are multiple threads about this.

it should be permanently fixed with the next release.


second, you've got a lot of deactivated mods in your load order.  if you are not using a mod you should uninstall/delete it.  FO3/FNV starts acting weird if there are too many esm's/esp's in the Data folder, regardless if they are active or not. remember, less is better, when it comes to load orders

Just ran into a similar problem, except I'm able to speak to Chase. He'll say "the simulation has concluded", then he'll end the conversation and I won't be able to speak to him again. I've tried unequipping everything before speaking to him after killing Jiang Wei. I've tried dropping everything, too. Same thing always happens. Is there a console command I could use to just force him to keep talking?
