Project Brazil Help.

Post by BrendioEEE » Fri May 31, 2013 9:11 pm

So basically here is the thing there is a mod for New Vegas that is very extensive it is basically a new Fallout Game created by the community called Project Brazil it was released today officially (or at least when this post was made).

Here is the issue. When you are done with the Project Brazil Storyline you go to Nevada to begin the Fallout New Vegas Storyline. Both a Tale of Two wastelands and Project Brazil are basically prequels to Fallout New Vegas. One saying you were the Vault 101 kid and the other being a bit more extensive. Either way I love both and know they are both compatible in a sense.

That is what I need help with. With Project Brazil you are forced to start in their world if you want to play that mod. When you beat the mod (Which I will) You go to Nevada and you can buy a ticket to go to the capital wastelands. The thing is the main quest works fine when you are there the problem is the first few Vault 101 quests. When I get to the capital wasteland I need some console commands to say I have completed these quests so that I can get the trouble on homefront quest aswell as have no problems with Vault 101 in general.

It would be very helpful if someone could post these console commands here because I have looked everywhere for them and I know I will need them in the future. Thanks in advance.

As far as I know, there is no simple command to fix ingame quests, especially the trouble on the homefront. There's nothing you can really do, but maybe I'm wrong... That was one of the issues with RFCW. I'm almost certain there is nothing you can do to change the beginning quests, which in turn have effects on the Trouble on the Homefront quest.

You'll have to pick and choose for now. But seeing as Project Brazil seems popular, I'm sure someone around here will workup something in time.

just remember that the ID #s won't start with "00". you'll need to adjust to what ever the Fallout.esm is in your load order

If USING the Courier's Stash

If USING the Courier's Stash the Quest ID's start with "0a"

If NOT using the Courier's Stash the Quest ID's start with "06"

This is only true if the load order is the one suggested in the Alpha Download page (which should be unless you really want to have problems running TTW )

You know the moderators on this forum are the best I have ever seen no a** holes or anything and pretty helpful. Although I have another question. I usually don't use console commands to activate and complete quests because I usually don't have problems so if I get the quest ID how would I start and complete it?

I don't know about adding quests through the console, but on the wiki (link provided) there is quest manipulation through console. Definitely check it out. See if it helps.
