I get to the very end of the installation & it gives me this error
I have the legal copy of both games
I have even deleted my entire folder & reinstalled my fo3 game
verified cache with steam & still get the fo3 esm cannot be patch in the end
I also have another problem when it opens another window to build the assets
the window required me to click enter to close it..
I heard its just press install & nothing more

OK let me rephrase. Read the sticky posts. Do what they say, THEN ask for help.

ttw only supports legit copies
I already tried running admin, verify integrity of game cache with steam, & even deleted the game & make a clean install
I have the steam download goty edition
I can't even build the fomod so I will hold off on the load order
there should have been an install log generated in Documents/My Games/TTW upload that too.
I was told all I needed to do was to click install
but when the window opens building the assets after it done with one part it tell me to hit enter to close the window
it won't continue building all the other assets until I do that
I assume your running windows 8. That is a know issue with the installer that is being worked on.
you'll have to babysit the installer then and if you run into an error upload the install log it will help sort out the issue.
