This bug is known and worked on. So no need to start a bug report. Normally it's a better idea to make a bug report but not needed anymore in this case.

Just wanted to note that my UK copies of FO3 GOTY and FNV UE arrived today (my 4th purchase of each game now, say "thank you" Bethesda!!!) and after installing, the TTW installer WORKED with those disc versions. Meaning my issue was definitely that I was using the old GFWL DLC downloads.

I still hope the bug can be fixed for other users, but right now I'm off to play a whole new Fallout 3 experience! Just seeing that opening FO3 "birth scene" today with FNV's HUD made me smile and feel very nostalgic. Still can't believe this actually works, as it was a dream of mine since FNV came out!

(oh, but random odd error: I was told to "pick up the brahmin skull" during the SPECIAL tutorial! Wasn't it originally the rattle?)

Try copying your fallout 3 game folder to a different place (like your desktop, or C:, etc) and choose the new copy folder as the fallout 3 directory on the TTW installer. This seems to have worked for some people.
