System Specs: Windows 10, Ryzen 1700+, 16gb DDR4


Mod Manager: NMM 0.63.16 // FOMM 0.14.14


 


Ok, well, not every install is with out it's brokenness. In this case my pipboy is missing, well, the textures are at least. I am at age 10 and I go to pull up the new pipboy the Overseer gave me and nada, just a very large !. Zoom out to third person and I am surrounded by the broken texture red diamond with ! image. O.o I installed TTW like it suggests, dumped the 2.9.4 B files into a temp folder, ran the installer, told it to put the final files into that temp directory and, yes, to make the fomod. Ran FOMM 0.14.14 , Package Manager, and installed the two FOMods that way. So... Nothing should be MIA. O.o Anywho, my load order.

Let me see... Updated PNV to the TTW version after adding PNV Extras as per the TTW version requirements, updated WMX to the TTW version, updated WMVM to the TTW version and removed the WMVM - The Sink - OWB mod as the TTW version adds a machine to The Sink, changed up the FNV Realistic Wasteland Lighting to TTW Realistic Wasteland Lighting *but* left FNV Realistic Wasteland Lighting installed *just* unchecked the ESP as FNV Realistic Wasteland Lighting is a requirement of TTW Realistic Wasteland Lighting. Umm. All Companions Essential to TTW All Companions Essential, the Glasses and Masks mod to TTW Eye Glasses Fix (Both allow masks to be worn with glasses, IE remove the 'mask' slot from eyewear). Oh and uninstalled YUP and replaced it with TTW Hotfixes and/or TTW Fixes Hotfixes . Also extracted out the meshes and textures from Exnems, both main and the DLC add on, and created a rar file to install with NMM, told it "No to Mod " for BoG so it wouldn't overwrite the BoG meshes and textures, just add what it doesn't already have to convert those to Type 3. But at age 10 the BoG stuff doesn't yet apply, technically your in a child body at that point so... O.o Oh! Almost forgot, I also renamed NVEC.dll to NVEC.dll.bak to disable it.

Ok, so, searched for 'pipboy'

Ok, so, searched for 'pipboy' in meshes and textures, only finding Pipboyimages, which are the pipboy icons, but nothing else so nothing should be overriding the defaults. Oh! Also, the pinned forum post on what to give you all in a report said you also would want to know about my game versions. FO 3 is the GotY version from Steam and FO NV is everything but bought as things got released so I have all the DLCs (Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Lonesome Road, Gunrunners Arsenal) and the Courier Stash, also from Steam.

Ok, so, I used Roy's 'fix' from another post and, vola, it fixes it, so ... At a guess, from the post, it's something to do with the YUP side of TTW Fixes? O.o
