When i enter the room where Doc Mitchell stands, he says "glad your awake or something" then my character just get stuck, cant move or do anything.. Any suggestions?

What is your load order, what version of TTW are you using?
I'm using TTW 1.4a.
I used the command "coc goodspring" from megaton to get a mod thing from doc mitchells house"

The COC is your problem, ride the train, it has code in it that fixes doc mitchell.
Yeah i thought it might was the coc that was the problem..

What if we ride the train but we-re still stuck at Doc's unable to move? playing 2.4a
Then you post the required debugging info and we go from there.
What's to include? I've never gotten stuck before with something. Anything besides plugins? I've never had any problems before. It's really strange.
What mods did you add since the last time you rode the train? Almost guaranteed one of those is modifying the NV start quest and overwriting TTWs changes, causing the game to no know WTF to do.
