v2.4 waters of life stage 75 (return to control room)

When i returned to control room to dad, the quest stage (return to control room) stuck because dad suprisingly rise up after dying to radiation.

Doctor li did not respond when i tried to talk to her.

I had to use the following to continue and escape with doctor li:

completeallobjectives 06014e8b 75

setstage 06014e8b 80

tried without the additional mods, but did not help.

windows 7, 64 bit, loadorder was as it should. FNVedit version 3.0.31

this is a problem for me as well right now I even installed the new version of tale of two wastelands and the hotfixes with it but same exact thing happens dad doesn't die and rises up and doc Li wont have new dialog I have disabled the mods that were not compadible with ttw before hand so I don't know whats going on

Using incompatible mods or you cleaned your files or tried to clean TTW which you cannot do.
