This is only a guess at the moment but, it looks to me that the Meshes\Lanscape\LOD\MegatonWorld (what ever the real worldspace is called.) meshes are missing. Possibly the LODsettings for megaton too. 


Withought being able to reproduce the issue I'm only guessing. Look in Data\LODsetting to see if anything in there mentions megaton and, open the TTW meshes BSA with FOMM's BSA browser and, do a surch for Data\landscape\LOD\Megaton to see what comes up. 


Edit, scratch that! send me your TTW.esm if you still have it. After watching the end of your video I'm sure I've seen this issue before. It has to do with Wasteland blocks of a worldspace being renamed and, the game no longer knows what to do with the blocks.

perms:  either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.
