red triangle issue

When i installed the new version of ttw and gotten to megaton the npc's had giant red triangles on them when i killed one and took their clothes the red triangle just disappear

That means there's a missing texture. Did you have any problems with the install? Using any mods?

Mind posting your load order and your install log? (Install log can be found where you installed TTW to. For most it's in C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\Fallout New Vegas)

also i forgot to add when i wear the npc clothes i don't get the red triangle

No install log? I'm almost certain everyone has one. It should be created when the install finishes, unless you deleted it.
