Bitter Springs CTD

I've had about 5 CTD in the areas East of Bitter Springs. Coming from the West side, I can enter Bitter Springs, walk through it a bit. Enough to talk to people. As soon as I pass over to the East, I get about 5 seconds until a crash. NE or SE, no luck.

Anyone else have a problem with it? Or maybe a dramatic drop in fps.

Alright, I've narrowed down the area to Coyote Tail Ridge through Bitter Springs Rec. About the point you get to the shed, crash to desktop.

No mods enabled.

Can anyone check this out?

Great, now I'm the guy who has to bump this...Just looking for anyone who is in New Vegas at the moment to check this out.
