All those folders are currently empty, I assume whichever program he used to unzip automatically deletes empty folders, or perhaps his OS does it... or something.

It may delete empty folders.
It may delete empty folders. I'm using a Korean unzip program which is different from what most of you guys use. That my have been the reason.
