So apparently the bug where you can't go to the other floors of the Lucky 38 (nothing happens after talking to Victor) has been around a while, even on console versions...but I've never run into it until I started using TTW. Tried reloading a save from before I even got to the Strip and disabled all of my mods besides the TTW ones, and it's a no go. I'm not using any companions.
Is this possibly a save corruption thing? Anyone know of a fix?
