Well I agree with plumjuice,

Well I agree with plumjuice, TJ can have a temper (though it's usually justified), but talk of release dates IS like nails on a chalkboard and my urge to bite someone's head off when they ask is strong, BUT you guys do have a right to know about what's going on. The ideal solution would be for us to release news every now and again, but I'm terrible about doing news article and also terrible about letting the team know what I am doing. I think if anything, it's my fault there is so little information, and I'm not surprised or upseat that people are asking for more information. Unfortunately, there isn't any good way to ask that question, especially on the internet, without pissing SOMEONE off.

As for TTW: I have a new installer all ready to go, it creates a folder that can be zipped and installed via NMM where it sorts the load order for you and allows for easy uninstallation, it also makes some necessary ini changes. That is what most of the work was between 2.2 and 2.3. An assortment of bugs were fixed, I will post a full change log when it is released

As for release dates: Everything is ready to go, and a release can be expected soon. The team isn't reporting any strange bugs, so it's basically set to go. I will TRY to get a release on Friday so that people can play over the weekend, but don't hold your breath, with TTW, I'm no good at hitting deadlines.

Gonna take a moment to

Post by TJ » Thu Jun 27, 2013 9:05 pm

Gonna take a moment to appologize, plinky, for my shitty answer. I know that you're the 97612nd person to ask that question once, which is slightly less abrasive than being the first person to ask that question the 97612nd time. I responded as if the latter was the case. I do tend to be an ass sometimes (ok more often than not) but if you can get past that you'll find I'm one of the more helpful people around here, even when the solution to the problem is the resource you downloaded the mod from. These pages are loaded to the brim with the answers to *most* TTW related questions. Plumjuice answered your initial question, though some research right here at TTW.com would've educated you right into the answer. As for the second question: That was legitimately the correct answer. As Jax has stated every time he sets a deadline SOMETHING happens and he misses it. It makes him look bad, and I don't think that's fair as Jax is top shelf. Questions are one thing, stupid questions another entirely. A question with a documented, easy to find answer qualifies as a stupid question even if it was a legit question two days prior. Again, I apologize for being a dick, and if my explanation of that comes off as me being a dick then I apologize for that as well as it's not my intention.

For what it's worth, at least you didn't start your post out with "I tried searching but couldn't find the answer"- To all future people who will never see this because they don't read: We know when you actually tried to find the answer, we don't hide them in the team only forum.

Thank you for your reply, I can take comfort in the fact that someone can come forward and apologize however I am just as responsible for the fault. As others have pointed out the answer could have easily been found using searches and all in all I'm more than satisfied with the response I received, so thank you all.
