Well, reinstalled NV and that didn't get rid of this glitch with starting a new game (Not running any DLC, after white flash just have Dr. Li staring at the screen). Either MMUE didn't change any files and there's a TTW problem, or I need to reinstall TTW. Any suggestions?

When you say not running any DLC's do you mean not running any mods? Because you need to have the DLC's enabled.

TTW requires you to have all
TTW requires you to have all DLC, make triple sure your load order is correct (as per the alpha page) if you arent using any mods then the CharGen in V101 should go off without a hitch!
