Red and Shorty Bug

Posted this in tech support because there is no option to make a new topic in the bug section. On a new install and playthrough I have encountered Red and Shorty from the trouble in big town quest appearing everytime after I zone just like sydney used to do. I noticed in the 2.4 notes that sydney was fixed but haven`t gotten that far in the playthrough yet to see for myself. I have the recomended load order with only primary needs hud and flashlightNVlos installed after the ttw esm, so I doubt they are the cause. Perhaps whatever was done to sydney can be applied to shorty and red to resolve the issue if the problem isn`t from my installed addons.

there is a hotfix on the Alpha Download page. You may want to grap all the Hotfixes there.

Having this same issue on a fresh 2.63 run. Issue is persisting after disabling everything to vanilla TTW
