TTW is Launching Weird

I installed fomod ttw, loaded main files first, then optional. i checked off most of the options and i launch the game.

it launches with all the new vegas looks instead of my fo3 options and it loads the new vegas intro, then load screen again, then it plays the fo3 intro after that. Then when it goes in-game, it puts me in new vegas instead of fo3..

the .ini tweaks didn't take go to the alpha download page and in the manual install instructions you'll find the line you need to change there are three lines that need changed.
