Fallout crashes at Main Screen

I just installed TTW after I found out that RFCW was removed from Nexus. It seems like a cool mod, and its changes from between them seem to be a great concept. But the problem is, it does not work. I tried a fresh install of New Vegas and 3. I used the patcher multiple times with different tries. I tried different methods of installation, but none work. I have had no errors with patching and the load order is set to what I was told. So... Whats wrong? When I load up the game, it crashes at the main screen as soon as the image of the NCR Vet pops up. A little help here? I have spent the past 2 days trying to get it to work. ;~;

Make sure you installed the microsoft visual c++ redistributable package links can be found on the alpha download page. Other than that, I'm stumped, if the installer isn't throwing any errors, then it should have installed perfectly. If you are using mods, then that is almost guaranteed to be your problem. Mods for Fallout 3 do NOT work out of the box, they must be converted to use FNV as master instead of FO3.
