For some reason the loading textures are flipped or too big for all the trees in the capital wasteland, is there a fix for this yet?

I've ben working on this for weeks now and have no idea what is going on, the best we've come up with is that if you go into a building or other worldspace and wait 3 full days it will reset the LOD and, it will look proper. The big issue is that when you quit the came and, load again you'll have to do the Temp fix again and, wait another three days. 


sorry I'm still looking into this for now thats the best solution I have.
