NCR are hostile

so ive recently started a new game and when i arived at the mojave outpost and everyone and thier grandmother is hostile. ive tried everything and they stay hostile even if my rep is maxed out with the ncr. a few days later i visited the NCR sharecroppers farm and theyre hostile too. any help?

I am playtesting the mojave at the moment and am still in Goodsprings, I will check and see if the NCR want to kill me as well!

the first time i noticed it was at the mojave outpost so itll be a few hours before you see any meanies trying to kill you for no reason

Update. It's a temporary fix, but you could go into console and then click on these problem people and type disable. I tried it with sergeant Kilborne and it worked. I've been able to go to the Mojave outpost with out getting shot at. You might want to copy down their id numbers for later incase someone comes up with a complete fix. The only downside to this is you can no longer get their quests, until they're enabled again.
