Game Refusing to Load past second load Screen

I run Windows 7 32bit OS on a 4GB RAM, 2.4GHz Quad Core, 2GB Radeon HD 6670 computer.

Load Order, New Vegas, All DLCs, Courier Stash, Fallout 3, F3 DLCs and then all TTW related esms and esps (all but a few optional esps).

I had installed both Fallout 3 and New Vegas so they were both clean and up to date installations. I didn't do any other mods. I installed TTW as directed by the website and since using FOMM and NMM to install doesn't work on a 32bit OS i installed manually as directed. Last night it worked and loaded and played but today after shutting down its refusing to go past the second load screen again. I just don't understand whats going on.

Is it a infinite loading roulette screen? If it is then it a FNV bug and unfortunately there is not much that we can try to fix it.

Mmmm try start a new game and loading your save after you are born, or maybe verify the game files integrity on steam (but remember to make the ini files changes again after it verifies).

No, second load screen when you start it up, when it changes to the Betheseda Studios screen it just freezes there while the music still plays

Oh, never had that happening to me before . If it worked once and now it doesn't then my guess is that something happened (maybe some file got corrupt or something ). Sorry I really have no idea what to try and fix that since I never heard of that problem before .

I cleanly reinstalled and tried to play a non-modded version of the game and it still froze with nothing else done to it in that spot so i'm thinking something with my comp had screwed up so I've reformatted and going to try again once everything is done. I've installed the game cleanly again now after the reformat and it worked fine so all i have left to do is try TTW again.
